This Sunday, December 4 is our special White Gift service lead by Rev. Pix Butt and Suzanne Campbell.

This from Pix and Suzanne :

“I am a woman of 2 islands – Newfoundland for growing up days and PEI for my adult growing up days. I taught for 17 years – 15 of those on PEI, before going back to school to become a minister with the UCC. Ministry took Heather and I to Quebec, Nova Scotia and then back to PEI where we are now both retired and enjoying the beauty of the south shore.”

Suzanne Campbell, a Charlottetown singer, voice teacher, and frequent Trinity soloist, has been organizing the Trinity/Clifton Christmas pageant for over a decade, and strives to involve as many people as possible.  Following a two-year Covid-induced hiatus, Campbell is happy to be back planning for this wonderful Advent tradition and has chosen to present an inter-generational pageant called “The No Stress, No Fuss Christmas Pageant”.  The pageant will feature Sunday School and church members as narrators and soloists, while the congregation will be invited to don costumes and participate in non-speaking roles.  A highlight of the pageant will be the congregational singing interspersed throughout the narration, featuring Christmas carol favourites such as O Little Town of Bethlehem, Angels We Have Heard on High, Go, Tell it on the Mountain, and Joy to the World, accompanied by Trinity/Clifton music director, Don Fraser, on the majestic Casavant organ.  Come and join us!
